sub-contracting approach.
The modern construction industry is driven by varying factors. Two of the forerunners are competitive tendering and consistently hitting tight deadlines. Our manufacturing facility in West Yorkshire enables us to achieve both.
In our factory we produce the ventilation and piped systems for our nationwide projects in a fraction of the time it takes to wade through the sub-contract route.
Being in total control of our own requirements allows us to have equipment manufactured and on site in a fraction of the time taken by traditional construction methods. With the factory being adjacent to our offices we have direct communication from concept, through design right up to installation.
The philosophy of maintaining total control of as many of our operations as possible has led to the recent allocation of space within the factory for the production of steel structures and acoustic equipment.
Through our subsidiary company, Flair Handling Systems Ltd we also manufacture top quality, bespoke air handling equipment and packaged plant/boiler rooms.
Our successful approach has led to repeat orders for equipment from a variety of clients including many high street household names.
